This vintage battery charger has plenty of patina but still works. Output was higher than 12v with no load, but we did not test it with any load on the circuit. The wiring has been wired in to a cigarette lighter plug at some point in it’s past, but that should be a pretty easy change if you want to restore this back to original condition. Great display item for your hotrod garage!
